I've forgotten my password, how do I reset?

Are you having trouble remembering your password or logging in? No problemo! Here's what to do.

Use the 'Forgot Password' feature on the login page.Click here

Here is the steps to help you to retrieve a new password;

1- Click on Log in (top right hand side of the SimplyGiving webpage). Click on the 'Forgot Password'

2 -  Fill in you email that you've registered with us and click submit.

3 - Another pop-up with an instruction for you to check your email whereby a retrieval link will be included. Please also check your spam folder, in case the email went in there.

4 - Enter your email address that you have registered with and with your new password. Don't forget to click 'SUBMIT'

5 - Once you have click Submit, your password is successfully reset and you can simply click on the link to log in.
