My email address is already registered

Are you trying to create a fundraising page and the system is telling you your email address already exists? No problem - chances are you've already completed the first step and created an account, or you've used the platform before and forgotten your account details. 

All you have to do is use the 'forgot password' feature to retrieve your account details. 

Once this is done, you can continue to create your fundraising page by logging in with these retrieved account details.
