There are several reasons a donation may not be successfully processed.
In the first instance, please make sure you have entered all of your personal and bank details correctly - if your name and address don't match those your bank card is registered to, this will prevent your donation from being processed. Similarly, if you don't have enough funds in your bank account to cover your donation amount (if you are using a debit card), your bank may not make the payment.
If you are donating Via PayPal - please check it carefully whether the error is from SimplyGiving.com or from PayPal? If the issue has occurred during your actual transaction via PayPal, you may wish to contact them directly to verify the problem (as this occurs outside of our website).
