The Beneficiary is notified via email automatically whenever a donation is made so you can be sure that your generosity is not only gratefully received, but acknowledged too.
If your chosen beneficiary is a non-profit or social enterprise, we will remit your donation together with other donations raised during the month (less fees and charges) by the middle of the following month, i.e. donations raised in January will be remitted (less fees and charges) by 15 February.
If your chosen beneficiary is a personal fundraiser, we will remit your donation together with other donations raised during two weeks of the month (less fees and charges) after two weeks, i.e. donations raised from 1-15 January will be remitted (less fees and charges) by 31 January.
The current remittance period ensures that our payment processing partner as well as our accounts team have sufficient time to process and reconcile all the donations that flow through our platform. We strive towards providing our partners a shorter remittance period but in the mean time, we thank you for your understanding.
