How do I know if my payment is successful?

You have made a loan, but you are not sure if the transaction was successful?

Basically, once you have made the payment, you will receive an email confirmation which states all the details of your payment. The lending project's campaign page will also be updated automatically to reflect the amount that you have loaned to it.

The email confirmation will also provide instructions on accessing your personalised dashboard where you can monitor the progress of your loan repayments.

But if you did not receive any confirmation email, we will need you to check your credit card to see if any charges regarding your transaction with us went through. If money was taken, please inform us immediately and our Tech Team will look into it.
