The donation was deducted from my card or bank account but I did not receive a payment confirmation email/receipt. Why?

Apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. 

The payment confirmation is generated automatically and emailed out immediately after a successful transaction. If not, it might be because of a weak internet connection or technical glitch. Or there might have been a typo when providing your email address.

Please check your email after an hour, and also check your spam folder. If you still haven't received the email, send a Support Ticket via our Helpdesk or email hello@simplygiving.com with the following information:

1. Name

2. Email Address

3. Link to Fundraising Page

4. Amount
